Help with the Science of Compliance app and website

Email support@scienceofcompliance.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days. Please include your company name and, if your question is about a report, the site name and report number.

Getting started

Setting up a consultancy: create a company account on the website. You become its administrator and can invite your staff.
Joining your company: open the invitation link your administrator sent you and create your account with the same email address. You can also accept an invitation in the app: tap Been invited? Accept your invitation on the sign-in screen.
Using the app: sign in with the same email and password as the website. Reports you save to the cloud appear on the website for your company.

Signing in

Forgotten your password: tap Forgot password? in the app, or Forgotten your password? on the website, and follow the link in the email.
No email arriving: check your spam or junk folder for an email from Science of Compliance (no-reply@scienceofcompliance.co.uk).

Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

Sign in, then tap your name and Account at the top right of the home screen.
Scroll to Delete account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email support@scienceofcompliance.co.uk from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your sign-in details and your membership of your company are deleted straight away.
Reports you saved to the cloud belong to your company and stay with it. Your name remains on reports you prepared, as part of the company’s records.
Reports, photos and recordings stored on your phone stay on your phone until you delete the app.
Records we must keep by law, and backups, are deleted on the schedule set out in our Privacy Policy.

Closing a company account

A company administrator can close the company account by emailing support@scienceofcompliance.co.uk. We will make its reports available to download for 30 days, then delete its data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
